Trovia gives employees freedom!
When your employer selects Trovia as their ICHRA solution, they are giving you health benefits freedom. Instead of choosing between 2, 3, or even 4 health plan options they have selected for you, you can choose any individual plan offered in your area. We give you all the tools you need to find a plan. You pick the plan you feel will best meet your needs.
Trovia is also easy. Your health insurance premiums are paid by your employer through Trovia using your defined benefit allowance (that your employer pays) and your own payroll deducted pre-tax dollars (if you choose a plan that costs more than the allowance). No monthly reimbursement process to go through, it’s all taken care of for you. Just like any other group health plan.
Finally, if you leave the company you can take your coverage with you. Keep in mind you will be responsible for paying the full premium to maintain the coverage.
